PulseFlow is a smart daily exercise planner built for people who want a structured, personalized fitness routine without the guesswork. On first launch, you complete a quick onboarding — entering your age, weight, height, fitness goal, experience level, available equipment, and how many days a week you can commit. The AI then generates a full weekly workout plan tailored specifically to you, with exercises, sets, reps, rest times, estimated duration, and calorie burn for every day of the week including scheduled rest days. Each day you open the app, your home screen greets you by name and shows exactly what's on the agenda. When you're ready, the active workout mode walks you through each exercise one at a time with instructions, built-in countdown timers for timed movements, and automatic rest countdowns between sets. A dedicated Walking and Running timer tab lets you track cardio sessions separately with a large circular timer, live distance estimates, calorie tracking, and milestone
