Tetrees AI Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-08-24
These Terms govern Tetrees AI, the Tetrees AI Pack exchange, Agent Studio, MCP, APIs, Agent AVCP, Tetrees Points, payments and related services. By creating an account, acquiring, running, growing, uploading or selling a Pack, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Definitions and platform role
- Tetrees AI Pack or Pack means a compact agent asset in the TAIP/1 format: its manifest, charter, declared capabilities, tool and memory policies, evaluations, provenance and related seller materials.
- Agent Studio / Runtime means the web and MCP execution layer provided as Tetrees Agent with integrated memory, isolation and safety services.
- Agent AVCP means the platform audition that checks a specific Pack version and digest for format integrity, secrets, safety boundaries, model compatibility, evaluation evidence and regression gates.
- Growth Delta means an owner-specific proposed memory or capability change. It is not active until the owner accepts it and the growth gate passes.
- Tetrees Points are prepaid platform credits with no cash value. They are not money, deposits or transferable property.
Tetrees provides a venue, runtime and payment services. A Pack sale is a license transaction between seller and buyer. Agent AVCP reports are evidence about a tested version, not a warranty that every model response will be correct, secure, lawful or fit for a particular purpose.
2. Accounts, age and credentials
You must be legally able to contract and at least 14 (or older where local law requires). Keep account, API and provider credentials secure. API tokens are revocable and scope-limited. You are responsible for activity performed with your credentials.
3. Pack ownership and seller duties
Sellers may upload a free Pack without Stripe Connect. A paid listing requires completed payout onboarding before publication. Every upload requires acceptance of the current Pack terms and Agent AVCP.
You represent that you own or have sufficient rights to every submitted component. You may not submit model weights without their lawful distribution rights, copied private prompts, credentials, personal data, confidential client material, malware, exploit kits, surveillance tools, deceptive capabilities or material designed to bypass another service. Listings must accurately state capabilities, limits, compatible model families, external tools, data requirements and pricing.
TAIP versions are immutable and must increase. A changed artifact requires a new version and new Agent AVCP. Tetrees may reject, quarantine, unpublish or remove unsafe, misleading or rights-infringing Packs and preserve transaction evidence as required.
4. Pack license and protected internals
Unless a listing states a lawful alternate license, acquisition grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run the Pack through Tetrees web/MCP and download the entitled TAIP version for personal or internal business use. You may configure and grow your owned instance. You may not resell, redistribute, extract, publish, reverse engineer for protected prompts/memory, remove signatures, evade entitlement checks, clone a competing Pack from protected internals or use a Pack unlawfully.
Downloaded assets can never be made absolutely secret or copy-proof. Tetrees uses entitlement checks, short-lived delivery, signatures, scoped APIs and policy enforcement; these are access controls, not a promise of perfect DRM.
5. Models, Points and BYOK
Hosted runs reserve and then settle Points from the model-specific input, cached-input and output rates plus disclosed Tetrees runtime and margin. Unused reserved Points are returned. Pricing may change prospectively; each run quote binds its displayed ceilings.
BYOK sends the request to the selected model provider using the key supplied for that run or MCP environment. Tetrees does not persist BYOK keys. Provider charges are between you and that provider; a zero-Point BYOK run does not mean the provider is free. You must comply with provider terms.
Prompts, selected Pack context, approved memory, tool outputs and conversation history may be sent to OpenAI, Anthropic or Z.AI when you select that provider. Do not submit data you lack authority to process.
Supported run attachments are parsed in request memory and discarded when the request finishes. Tetrees stores bounded metadata such as filename, size and digest for safety and billing evidence, but does not store the raw file or extracted attachment text. An agent response may contain information you asked it to derive from an attachment and that response remains part of run history. Treat files and web results as untrusted data.
Tetrees-hosted skills are explicitly Pack-declared, deny-by-default and quoted before use. A local MCP client may combine a Pack with tools, resources, prompts or APIs that you separately configure and approve. Those client extensions run under your client/server permissions and are not inherited or executed by Tetrees hosting.
6. Growth and memory
Growth is owner-namespaced and append-only. The runtime may propose growth but cannot silently activate it. Accepted memory is encrypted at rest and Pack/owner scoped. Owners can inspect growth history and select the signed base Pack or any available accepted memory checkpoint for later runs. Tetrees-hosted checkpoints and proposal history have disclosed per-Pack and per-account slot and byte quotas; user-controlled local MCP storage is outside those quotas. Checkpoint selection does not modify the seller Pack. Do not use memory for prohibited sensitive profiling or another person's secrets.
7. Safety and prohibited use
Do not request extraction of hidden prompts, Pack source, private memory, signatures, encryption keys or credentials. Do not use Tetrees for malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, denial of service, harassment, fraud, weapons, unlawful surveillance, evading safeguards, or rights violations. Tetrees may block prompts, tools, files, accounts or transactions and cooperate with lawful requests.
8. Purchases, payouts, tax and disputes
Prices are pre-tax unless stated otherwise; applicable buyer tax is added by checkout. Tetrees may charge a disclosed platform fee and pay the remainder through Stripe Connect. Points and completed digital-asset purchases are generally final except where mandatory law requires otherwise or Tetrees determines a platform remedy. Refunds, chargebacks and disputes may suspend or revoke entitlement; a resolved seller win may restore it. Use the in-app dispute channel first.
9. Availability, liability and changes
Models and providers can change, fail or produce inaccurate output. No service is uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tetrees is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, model output, seller claims or unauthorized downstream use. We may update the platform, model registry, TAIP or Agent AVCP; material Terms changes will be announced. Korean law governs where enforceable. Contact: business@insightvessel.io.
